Another successful Pond Hockey Tournament was held March 3rd, 2012. A big thank you to all the volunteers and members that helped to make this day a memorable one. As one parent from out of town said, "All of Barrhead is talking about what a fantastic tournament you put on over the weekend. What an amazing experience. Your volunteers were incredible, the day was so organized, and there was fun everywhere - from the free hot chocolate from lawn chairs to the hilarious certificates the kids were given. Thank you.
The Kinsmen Club of Lac La Biche would like to thank all the businesses, sponsors, and individuals who generously donated to make this year's tournament our most successful. District Four is the home of approximately 1,350 members in over 80 Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin Clubs in Alberta and Northeastern British Columbia. We are a district of Kin Canada, Canada's largest and most successful service organization.
